About the Role

As an Office Manager, with Exact-Online, knowledge and experience you will play a crucial role in keeping our office running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office systems and procedures, and providing support to the team. Your expertise in Exact-Online is essential for efficiently managing financial and accounting processes. What you'll do

  • Manage all administrative tasks and what else you think can be improved within our dynamic environment.
  • Use your Exact-Online knowledge and experience to manage financial and accounting processes such as billing, expense tracking and financial reporting
  • Implement and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for the team
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files and posting job openings
  • Function as the point of contact for external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations and reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, making sure all equipment and facilities are in good condition
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in office management to suggest improvements and implement best practices

What you'll need

  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Exact-Online software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively-
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and accounting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Part-time available
