Our approach involved mapping the customer journey and visualising the UX/UI designs in Figma. We developed an advanced vendor portal with Nuxt.js and JAVA for efficient product listing and management. By utilising Shopify Plus and automating processes with Shopify Flow, we ensured a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, we created an AI assistant integrated with Shopify's API, trained in CNC editing, to provide users quick access to product details, compatibility, pricing, and availability, simplifying decision-making.

We developed a Multitenant platform on Shopify Plus with vendor capabilities. To handle large article files efficiently, we created an AI assistant that categorises and generates text automatically. For customers, we introduced an AI sales assistant that searches databases intuitively, providing relevant results and accurate answers to technical questions. This AI engine uses Hector-CX, an LLM product from Atlantis Digital.
