Blue Estate differentiates itself by offering high-level stays and hospitality in prestigious locations, complemented by first-class concierge and hospitality services. Blue Estate prides itself on its collection of exclusive properties that cater to clients that value luxury and personalised service. This case explores Blue Estate's journey in creating an online platform that supports the essence of its brand and optimises the booking process.

The main challenge was to develop an online platform that offers the look and feel of the company, excellent services, and an efficient booking process. The need for a design that would present such exclusive, rare properties in prestigious locations in an enchanting way, without losing the quality of use on any device. Furthermore, the client needed flexibility and complex integration with the backend system (Septeo). Extensive individual customer preferences in the booking process must be enabled and integrated between systems and a WordPress website through custom software and various APIs.

Step by step, we developed the system with the customer, using an Agile approach. The integration possibilities with Septeo were explored and we developed an architecture. Through custom software and structured API solution, middle was developed between the backend and the WordPress frontend. It was a very complex project, but step by step and intensive collaboration with the client we were able to develop a solution that exceeded expectations.

Our design and solution resulted in a website that not only met client satisfaction, but also dramatically improved user experience. A 40% drop in bounce rate and 25% more customer contacts each month. This led to high conversion rates thanks to the responsive website and backend functionalities that were coupled with API integrations. The user-friendly web design doubled the number of returning users and tripled the number of new users. Thus, our solution succeeded in providing exactly what Blue Estate's audience would be looking for - a highly selective audience.
